1）负责青少年抑郁相关的AI应用的开发、测试、上线及优化等工作；
2）快速理解产品经理需求，基于对产品的理解，做好技术方案和研发规划；

招聘要求：
1）全日制大学本科学历，工作经验2年以上；
2）精通Python编程语言，熟练使用PyCharm/VsCode开发工具；熟悉多线程，熟悉常用Python开发框架和组件库；
3）熟练掌握Linux基本操作，使用Git进行版本控制管理，熟悉Nginx的配置和部署；
4）熟练使用关系型数据库和分布式缓存，如MySQL、PostgreSQL,redis等，了解大数据相关数据库，如doris等；
5）熟练使用一些web框架，比如flask，Django，fast api等；
6）熟悉提示词工程，RAG，熟悉LangChain框架，有AI应用开发经验（如智能问答、流式响应，Agent系统开发）；
7）有快速学习及迅速运用的能力，具备良好的学习能力和成长潜力；
8）有较强的沟通能力，情绪稳定，渴望和团队一起快速成长
