4、至少掌握1种主流数据库的开发使用，具备SQL调优能力。
5、熟悉常用中间件原理，能结合业务场景做技术选型。
6、熟练掌握分布式技术，有高性能、高并发、高可用设计经验。
7、具备解决复杂系统问题的能力，擅长性能分析和优化。
8、具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队协作能力，思维严谨、逻辑性强，做事积极主动、认真负责，具有复杂问题的分析与处理能力。
