1、硕士研究生及以上学历，法学、法律等相关专业，复合背景优先；
2、三年及以上法律合规相关工作经验，具有律所、基金或证券行业相关工作经验者优先，具备REITs产品合规论证经验者优先；
3、文字功底扎实，具备良好的研究分析能力和沟通协调能力，工作勤勉尽责，严谨细致，具备良好的抗压能力和团队合作能力；
4、符合相关法律法规及监管办法规定的执业条件，通过法律职业资格考试、基金从业资格者优先。
