【岗位职责】
1、对生产环境进行安全风险评估，识别潜在危害并制定相应的控制措施；
2、确保企业遵循国家和地方的环境、健康与安全法律法规，制定相关安全环保制度；
3、组织并实施员工安全培训，提高员工的安全意识和应急处理能力；
4、对安全事故进行调查，撰写事故报告并提出改进建议；
5、监测生产过程中可能对环境造成的影响，并制定减缓措施；
6、定期进行工作场所的安全检查和评估，及时发现和解决潜在的安全风险。
【任职要求】
1、本科及以上学历，专业包括环境工程、安全工程、化学工程等相关领域；
2、有相关工作经验或持有安全工程师、环保工程师等资格证书者优先；
3、需具备良好的沟通协调能力、分析判断能力和应变能力，熟悉EHS相关法律法规。
4、前期在常德津市工作，后期常驻在常德经开区工作。
