Job Summary：
We are seeking an experienced proactive hands-on Tech Lead - Infrastructure Security to oversee our infrastructure security initiatives in our dynamic fintech startup. In this role, you will be responsible fdesigning, implementing, maintaining our cloud infrastructure, utilizing either AWS Azure platforms, while ensuring the highest levels of security compliance. You will lead a team focused on optimizing performance, implementing best practices, safeguarding our systems against threats. Responsibilities：
● Infrastructure
Management: Design, implement, maintain scalable resilient cloud infrastructure on AWS Azure, leveraging
services such as EC2, RDS, S3, Azure VMs, Azure SQL Database, Blob Storage.
● Security Architecture: Develop implement security strategies best practices, including identity access management, encryption, network security.
● Monitoring Optimization: Monitsystem performance security, implementing optimization strategies to ensure high availability reliability of all systems.
● Compliance Governance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements specific to the fintech industry, establishing policies procedures to meet security compliance standards.
● Incident Response: Lead efforts in vulnerability assessments, risk assessments, incident response planning, addressing potential threats proactively effectively.
● Team Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams mentjuniengineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement security awareness.
● Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architectures, security policies, operational procedures.
Qualifications：
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, equivalent practical experience.
● Ownership Mindset:
Proactively takes initiative embraces responsibility foutcomes. Self-motivated, you seek opportunities to identify challenges implement efficient solutions.
● Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in infrastructure management security in cloud environments, with strong expertise in either AWS Azure.
● Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of AWS services (e.g., EC2, RDS, S3) Azure services (e.g., Azure VMs, Azure SQL Database) architecture. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are a plus.
● Security Expertise: In-depth understanding of security frameworks, protocols, practices, including firewalls, IAM, security monitoring, incident response.
● Networking Knowledge: Familiarity with networking concepts, VPNs, VPCs, their application in a cloud environment.
● Automation Scripting: Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager) scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) fautomation.
● Problem Solver: Excellent analytical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced startup environment.
● Communication Skills: Strong verbal written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical non-technical stakeholders.
● Preferred Experience: Background in fintech startups is a plus.
