职位描述：
1、完成软件系统代码的实现，编写代码注释和开发文档；
2、辅助进行系统的功能定义，程序设计；
3、根据设计文档或需求说明完成代码编写，调试，测试和维护；
4、分析并解决软件开发过程中发现的问题；
5、协助测试工程师制定测试计划，定位发现的问题；
6、负责公司开发项目的技术支持。
任职要求：
1、通信、电子、计算机相关专业全日制大学本科及以上学历。
2、熟悉JAVA基础语法，了解Spring、SpringBoot、SpringCloud、Mybatis Plus等基础技术；
3、熟悉至少一种关系型数据库，如MySQL、SqlServer，并具备一定是的数据库调优经验。有达梦、万里、人大金仓等国产数据库经验优先；
4、熟悉Redis、Rabbitmq、XXlJob等中间件技术，并具备搭建高并发、高可用应用的经验。
5、熟悉Maven、Git等工具，熟悉GitFlow分支管理模型。
6、熟悉性能调优方法和工具，有性能瓶颈分析经验，能独立进行故障排查与问题分析
7、熟悉敏捷开发流程，能独立完成复杂方案的技术实现设计以及编码工作。
8、具较强团队协作意识，工作积极主动，能够胜任一定压力下的工作，有一定的团队管理经验。
