2、3年以上实际开发经验，能独立完成单独模块的开发实施，Java基础扎实，深入了解设计模式和面向对象的设计。热爱技术，有深入钻研和看源代码的习惯。有GIS开发经验，或物联网相关开发经验优先。
3、熟练掌握MySQL、PostgreSQL、Oracle数据库。
4、能熟练进行多线程并发编程，有多线程、线程池开发经验。
5、熟悉常用RPC框架，如Dubbo、Spring Cloud等。
6、熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，了解分布式、缓存、消息等机制，并能合理应用分布式技术解决问题。
7、熟练掌握Redis、MongoDB、NSQ、Kafka等中间件。
8、熟练使用Linux开发环境，熟悉常用命令。
9. 熟练使用Git进行版本控制。
10. 能够适应短期出差（一星期左右）
