岗位职责：
1.围绕炼钢工序模型，开展工艺数据分析、数据清洗、异常甄别、特征工程、数据集搭建，支撑各类算法模型迭代落地；
2.基于机器学习、深度学习技术，熟练使用使用NumPy、Pandas、Scikit-learn、PyTorch/TensorFlow搭建、训练、调优AI模型；
3.运用运筹规划类优化算法（线性规划、整数规划、遗传算法、粒子群优化等），针对原料配比、成本优化等场景搭建优化模型，适配炼钢各工序降本增效需求；
4. 理解工业智能体架构逻辑，参与智能体系统方案设计、编码开发与闭环调试，面向工序自主调控、产线协同调度、异常自主处置等场景落地工业智能体应用；
5.负责算法模型服务化封装，开展接口开发，熟练实现Python与C#跨语言交互对接，完成算法模型与MES、LIMS、过程控制系统、生产管理平台等跨系统集成、部署上线与后期运维。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、应用数学、自动化、冶金工程等相关专业；
2. 3年及以上Python算法开发落地经验，熟练使用NumPy、Pandas进行批量数据处理，精通Scikit-learn，熟练掌握TensorFlow或PyTorch任一深度学习框架；
3.能够独立完成各类机器学习和深度学习模型的搭建、训练、调参、验证。
