3、有美区/日本/欧盟KOL推广经验、做事细心、有达人资源优先，能够独立开拓新的达人资源
4、擅长社交、喜欢商务沟通类业务、熟悉跨境达人等电商类平台的规则和玩法，并熟练应用；
5、具备良好的客户沟通技巧和商务谈判能力，对市场有一定的洞察力，能独立开展市场信息收集及分析工作；
6、有较强的市场感知能力，敏锐的把握市场动态方向，熟悉电子商务各种宣传推广；有主播合作操盘经验、丰富的MCN机构资源优先。
