岗位职责：
负责发动机热管理系统及系统相关产品的仿真分析。
1、负责全面收集、识别与产品仿真分析相关的需求，以确定分析的过程；
2、负责相关结构产品的静力学、动力学、模态分析、疲劳分析等有限元分析，结合相关分析结果并通过分析对系统方案提出优化改进意见和建议；
3、跟踪相关测试、参与问题分析、优化设计、测试验证，不断完善仿真平台，提高仿真结果的质量，为产品设计提供依据；
4、参与产品研发其他相关工作。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，机械或力学专业（固体力学、结构力学或工程力学），3年及以上相关有限元计算经验优先；
2、具有良好数值计算理论基础和数学力学基础，具有较深厚的力学功底（振动力学、结构力学），了解产品结构设计，具备研发设计经验，了解行业法规；
3、系统掌握软件并能利用该分析工具解决工程实际问题；
4、熟悉热设计相关软件操作，掌握快速学习工具；从事过汽车发动机热管理系统相关产品设计、仿真者优先。
