岗位职责：
1、负责使用Unity 3D引擎进行游戏/交互性应用的开发、功能实现工作；
2、负责Unity3D程序的设计、开发与优化，确保所负责模块的程序稳定性与性能；
3、熟练使用Unity3D实现特定游戏系统功能、游戏逻辑功能、游戏画面效果及ui功能；
4、负责公司产品持续优化前端页面性能和提升前端用户交互体验；
5、编写高质量代码，按照需求实现游戏相应的系统，并参与游戏创意及设计；
6、与策划、美术等协同工作，保持良好沟通，根据策划需求实现具体功能，确保开发需求的准确实现，并持续优化游戏细节，提升品质。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、数字媒体或相关专业优先；
2、熟练PC端游戏开发，熟悉软件与硬件通讯；
3、3年及以上Unity引擎使用经验，熟悉Unity3D引擎架构，包括渲染、资源管理、性能优化等；
4、有良好的代码风格和编程习惯，热爱游戏，有完整的游戏项目开发经验者优先。

加分项：
1、有跨平台（IOS/Android/PC/Console）开发经验
2、有一定的美术/建模/动画工具使用经验
