职位要求：
1.计算机相关专业全日制统招本科学历，工作经历3年以上
2.熟练掌握Java语言，拥有一定的架构设计能力，追求写出高品质代码
3.熟练掌握Spring、Dubbo、SpringBoot、SpringCloud、Mybatis等相关组件以及原理，对分布式系统、微服务架构、容器化部署、容器编排有一定的认知
4.拥有财税系统的开发经验，熟悉财税系统的领域建模，对财税行业有自己的认知和理解
5.拥有AI应用相关开发经验，对大模型prompt设计、MCP开发有一定的了解和实战经验，熟悉Spring AI的使用
6.对业务有深入思考，具备业务方向独立规划及拆解能力，具备优秀的沟通表达能力，具备一定的抗压能力，能提出创新性解决方案
