岗位职责：
1、负责云手机PaaS服务的研发工作，保障服务可靠、稳定、高效运行，保障服务稳定性和数据质量，保障产品SLA；
2、负责高并发系统性能优化，确保线上服务的稳定性和架构合理性；
3、负责线上问题追查、定位和快速修复；
4、持续提升系统稳定性、性能、可扩展性，优化系统框架；

任职要求：
-本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业背景；3年以上工作经验；
-JAVA基础扎实，理解io、多线程等基础框架，熟练使用SpringBoot、SpringCloud、Dubbo、Kafka、Mybatis、Netty等主流开源框架，可以根据项目需要快速学习上手新的语言；
-熟悉微服务架构体系，微服务技术栈，熟悉提升微服务架构整体稳定性和可维护性的技术手段；
-熟悉云原生Kubernetes,Docker,Chart相关开发和部署，有实际工作经验；
-熟悉Linux开发环境，熟悉shell脚本开发，熟悉Nginx/MySQL/PostgreSQL/Redis等服务配置部署，对生产环境问题排查有实际工作经验；
对业务有较深的理解，能够独立完成需求分析、设计、编码工作；具有良好的学习能力、团队协作能力和沟通能力；
具有Owner意识，积极主动，敢于担当，抗压能力强；
