工作职责：
1）负责PCBA新产品可制造性 DFM 的评审,评估SMT,DIP,装配过程中潜在失效模式，发现和推动解决产品的设计、制程缺陷，推动改善并沉淀形成经验库；
2）负责PCBA新产品工艺路线的设计，策划制造过程中的设备需求，工装需求；
3）根据APQP产品开发进度负责输出各阶段的工艺文件，主要包括PFMEA/CP/SOP文件的撰写；
4）负责PCBA新产品以及批量后工装夹具的申请、制作、上线验证及改进等工作；
5）负责主导新物料、新工艺的试做验证，辅材辅料的开发，并按照变更管理流程完成新材料、新工艺的导入验收；
6）负责对生产中发生的异常进行调查、原因分析、改进对策和落实，确保生产正常进行；
7）负责产品制造品质和效率持续优化；
要求：
1）大专以上学历，理工科相关专业；
2）5年以上的PCBA电子制造工作经历，熟悉SMT工艺，熟知选择性波峰焊接工艺；
3）具备较强的工艺文件编制能力
4）有很好的团队精神，能够独挡一面
5）熟练操作CAM350,CAD等软件
6）熟悉IATF16949体系
7）熟悉QC 7大手法，思维活跃，能够运用5W1H法从根本分析并解决问题
8）有汽车电子行业经验者优先
