职责描述:
1、覆盖银行、证券、保险及资产管理等金融机构客户，建立并维护长期稳定的客户关系
2、负责客户准入及基础设施搭建，包括KYC、账户开立、授信申请及额度管理
3、推动并维护各类主协议（如ISDA、CSA、GMRA等），支持资金及各项衍生品业务开展
4、持续跟进客户业务发展及需要，提升客户覆盖深度与触达效率
5、作为客户与内部团队之间的主要协调窗口，推动业务顺利落地
6、协助识别客户潜在业务需求，并与前台团队合作推进
7、跟踪客户风险状况及授信使用情况，确保业务合规与稳定发展
任职资格:
1、丰富金融机构覆盖经验，有银行FI RM或相关岗位背景
2、熟悉金融机构客户管理流程（KYC、开户、授信、主协议等）
3、对金融市场产品有基本理解
4、具备良好的客户沟通能力及跨部门协调能力
5、工作细致，具备强执行力与责任感
