5．精通Java语言或C++，熟练使用Tomcat,JBoss等应用服务器，具有系统开发经验优先考虑
6．学习能力强，较好的沟通和协作能力
7．吃苦耐劳，能适应加班工作
8．具有团队合作精神，工作认真负责
