岗位职责:
（1）参与公司核心业务系统的设计、开发与维护，确保系统稳定性和可扩展性；
（2）基于Spring Cloud微服务框架（如Spring Boot、Nacos、Gateway等）完成服务模块开发与优化；
（3）负责分布式系统架构设计，解决服务治理、链路追踪、容灾降级等技术挑战；
（4）与产品、测试及运维团队紧密协作，保障需求高效落地和系统稳定运行；
（5）参与数据库设计与性能优化，熟练使用MySQL、Redis等数据库及缓存技术；
（6）推动代码规范、单元测试与持续集成（CI/CD），提升开发效率和代码质量；
任职要求:
（1）本科及以上学历，思路清晰，善于思考，能独立分析和解决问题，易于沟通和团队协作；
（2）3年以上工作经验；
（3）精通Java语言，熟悉以下框架和技术Spring Boot 2.X、Spring Cloud、Mybatis(可选MybatisPlus) ；
（4）数据库熟悉MySQL、Redis；
（5）使用过消息中间件Kafka优先考虑；
（6）使用过有MQTT协议优先考虑；
（7）熟悉Python者优先。
