岗位职责：
1.负责能源装备多物理场耦合建模与智能优化算法的研发，构建高精度参数化模型，研究耦合机理与量化方法；
2.集成敏感性分析、多目标优化等算法，实现仿真驱动的设计优化闭环；
3.参与模型库体系建设，制定模型描述规范与接口标准，确保模型的可复用性与可扩展性；
4.与求解器团队协作，验证模型精度与算法效果，支撑示范应用场景。
岗位要求：
1.硕士及以上学历，热能工程、工程热物理、流体力学、控制理论与控制工程等相关专业；
2.熟悉热力学系统建模，熟悉建模语言（如Modelica、Simulink）优先；
3.具备扎实的数值优化与求解基础，精通线性/非线性系统及各类经典优化方法的理论分析与工程实现。
4.熟练使用Python/Matlab进行算法原型开发，有C++、Python开发经验；
5.具有多物理场耦合仿真或模型降阶项目经验者优先，对能源行业有一定了解。
