岗位职责：
1、负责产品的Facebook/ Tiktok/ Google 等广告投放及优化，梳理方法论，协助团队进行策略优化；
2、独立制定广告投放策略，进行广告账户优化调整，对新增用户量级/质量/ROI负责；
3、制定广告创意方向，负责广告素材的沟通制作，跟踪投放效果并持续优化素材；
3、监控广告数据并进行统计分析,及时调整优化策略和方式，达成营销目标
4、了解行业及媒体的新动态，不断尝试新思路和新策略；
5、能独立完成投放基建搭建，完成团队投放资源及任务分配。

岗位要求：
1、熟悉海外广告投放平台Google Ads/Facebook，对广告平台系统及优化原理理解深入；有丰富的投放经验，累计消耗金额百万美金以上。有大型设备投放经验者优先。
2、学习能力强，拥有良好的逻辑思考能力和数据分析能力，能够从数据中寻找优化和改进的方向；
3、拥有较强的沟通能力和灵活变通能力，有独立分析和解决问题的能力；
4、结果导向型，自驱力强，有较强的时间管理能力，执行能力和学习能力，把控投放进度；
5、专科及以上学历，英语4级及以上，具备较强的英语读写能力；
6、及时跟进数字广告行业的发展动态，了解各主流海外推广渠道的性质、特征；

工作时间：双休，早9晚6，法定节假日
