4．日常事务

4.1负责系统性能优化，保证平台安全、稳定、快速运行；

4.2协助技术总监负责制定技术人员的培训科目，及时提高技术人员的整体技能；

知识要求

1、熟悉JAVA、Python、C、PHP、Scala 其中两种以上开发语言

2、熟悉常见的分布式存储相关技术，包括HDFS,HBase、Hive、Redis、mongodb 、Flume、Kafaka、Sqoop、Zoo1◇

3、了解常见分布式计算框架和技术原理，如Hadoop 、MapReduce、Storm、Spark

等

4、精通Java/J2EE，熟悉主流MVC、loC、ORM框架，并深入理解其原理。

5、熟悉SOA、RPC、ESB、MQ、ROA,SOA，事件驱动等技术架构。
