任职资格
1、专科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，精通Java语言或其他主流语言，3年以上游戏服务器核心开发经验;
2、熟悉卡牌和SLG类型游戏者优先；
3.熟悉网络协议、Linux、Netty框架，熟悉各种游戏服务器架构，对服务器性能优化有一定的了解，并有服务器负载调优相关经验;
4.熟练使用MYSQL、Redis等数据库技术，对数据库调优有一定的经验;
5、自驱力强，能自主的发现问题、解决问题;
6、语言算法基本功扎实.
