工作职责:
作为核心成员深度参与智能体应用平台的产品研发工作。
开发智能体流程编排等核⼼功能，打通与内部多种系统的接⼊能⼒。
负责AI Agent技术架构的设计与实现，搭建稳定⾼效、低延迟的⽣产组织，⽀持⾼应⽤量平台级别的部署需求。
面向业务应用场景，提升智能体全链路的逻辑推理、任务规划等能力。
保障大模型应用系统架构的稳定、高效运行，帮助业务优化性能和改善系统稳定性
任职要求:
1、计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上工作经验，掌握至少一门主流开发语言(Java/Go/C++/Python), 熟悉python更佳。
2、熟悉常用的软件设计模式并能根据实际情况灵活应用
3、具备系统架构和解决复杂问题能力，有参与设计和构建业务复杂、高并发、高可用的平台型产品经验
4、对工程质量、用户体验有深刻的认识和近乎苛刻的自我要求，有丰富的系统稳定性和高可用经验
5、良好的沟通协作能力、团队合作精神，强烈的责任心和上进心，自我驱动，抗压能力强

加分项:
1、熟悉LangChain/LangGraph/LlamaIndex/Spring AI等AI应用框架；
2、有Agent落地企业级应⽤或智能体应用平台的经验。
3、在开源社区（如Openmanus、AutoGPT、LangChain、Bolt.new等项⽬)有贡献。
4、有大规模分布式系统开发经验，如电商、金融、物联网等领域
