岗位职责：
1. 负责研发楼化学、分析等各类实验室EHS管理工作；
2. 制定、维护EHS相关SOP和操作规程；
3. 实验室新、改、扩建的MOC和验收评估；
4. 定期开展EHS检查和隐患排除工作，并跟踪关闭；
5. 按照年度计划完成EHS培训和演练；
6. 危险反应的审批和抽查，实验室危险化学品的领用、使用、退库、淬灭、报废等全流程监督管理；
7. EHS事故事件的调查、处理；
8. 实施EHS奖惩考核，更新、维护EHS绩效管理数据、档案。
9. 化学品仓库的监督检查
10. 特殊作业、特种设备安全、钢瓶气体安全的管理

任职要求：
1. 大学本科以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验；
2. 具备化学，化工或者安全专业背景
3. 英语4级以上
4. 具备高度责任心和使命感，良好的执行力；
5. 具备良好的学习能力，团队合作、沟通协调能力。
