岗位职责：
• 参与公司数据加密产品的核心架构设计与模块开发，参与需求分析、技术方案评审，保障产品功能高效交付与系统稳定运行。
• 开发透明化加密插件及加密网关，适配 JDBC/MyBatis/Hibernate 等M 框架及 MySQL/Oracle/ 国产数据库（达梦、人大金仓），实现业务系统的零改造接入。
• 优化系统性能瓶颈，通过 JVM 调优、中间件配置优化、代码重构等手段提升系统性能，预防并治理技术风险。

任职要求：
• 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息安全、密码学等相关专业，5 年以上数据安全或加密系统开发经验。
• 精通JAVA编程语言，具备扎实的并发编程、集合框架、IO/NIO 等基础，熟练掌握 JVM 调优（内存模型、垃圾回收、性能监控）技巧。
• 精通SpringBoot、Spring Cloud、mybatis、hazelcast等主流研发框架或中间件的应用与优化。
• 深入理解至少 2 种主流数据库（MySQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL/ 国产数据库）的原理，具备 SQL 优化、索引设计、事务管理经验；熟悉 MongoDB、Elasticsearch 等 NoSQL 数据库，有分布式数据库（如 TiDB）使用经验。
• 熟悉对称加密、非对称加密、哈希算法等密码学原理，具备国密算法（SM2/SM3/SM4）或国际加密算法（AES/RSA）的 Java 集成与应用经验者优先。
• 熟练使用 Git、Maven，了解 CI/CD 流程；熟悉 Docker、Kubernetes 等容器化技术者加分。
• 具备python编程语言能力者优先；
• 了解数据安全相关基础知识或有数据安全相关产品研发经验者优先。
