2.核心能力集成与优化：负责音视频处理、网络通信（如Wi-Fi/4G/5G）及系统功耗等核心模块的SDK集成、性能调优与稳定性保障。
3.全链路协同与问题解决：负责与硬件、驱动、结构、后台及测试团队紧密协作，解决从研发、生产到售后全流程中出现的系统级软件问题。
4.技术沉淀与规范输出：编写高质量、可维护的代码，输出规范的设计与开发文档，并主动进行技术复盘与经验分享。
5.技术前瞻与创新：跟踪分析业界新技术与竞品动态，协助完成技术预研与原型开发，支撑产品创新。

任职要求：
【必备条件】
1.基础要求：计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，具备良好的英文技术文档阅读能力。
2.开发经验： 5年以上Android商业项目开发经验，具备智能硬件（如物联网设备、行业终端）或系统定制开发经验者优先。
3.核心技术：
（1）精通Java，熟悉面向对象设计，具备良好的代码架构能力。
（2）深入理解Android系统架构，具备Framework层代码修改及系统APK开发的实际经验。
4.至少在一个以上领域有扎实经验：音视频编解码/传输、网络协议与优化、系统级功耗分析与优化。
5.软素质：具备出色的逻辑分析、解决问题能力，以及良好的沟通协作精神和抗压能力。

【优先条件】
1.熟悉C/C++，具有JNI/NDK开发经验。
2.熟悉MTK、展锐等常见智能硬件平台，有Android 10/13系统适配或开发经验。
3.熟悉常见设计模式、数据结构与算法，有Java Web后台开发经验。
4.对摄像头、传感器、显示屏等硬件模块的驱动和HAL层有了解者优先。
