【任职要求】
- 学历要求：计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，五年以上后端开发经验；有AI产品相关经验优先
- 专业技能：熟练掌握至少一门后端编程语言（如 Python、Go 等），精通数据库设计与优化，熟悉常用框架（Gin、Django、Flask 等）。
- 架构经验：具备系统架构设计能力，有高并发、高可用系统开发经验，了解分布式系统、微服务和缓存、中间件等相关技术。
- 开发实践：编码能力出色，遵循良好的编码规范，熟悉单元测试与版本控制工具(Git)，有DevOps实践经验更佳。
- 问题解决：思路清晰，擅长独立分析和解决复杂的技术问题，能够根据需求迅速制定技术方案并落实实施。
