工作职责:
1.参与公司核心金融业务系统的后端架构设计与开发，负责模块代码编写、单元测试及技术文档撰写；
2.基于主流数据库进行SQL优化、存储过程开发及复杂查询性能调优；
3.负责微服务架构下的接口开发、服务治理、容错机制设计，保障高并发、低延迟的系统稳定性；
4.协助完成系统的日常运维与问题排查，确保系统7×24小时稳定运行；
5.深入理解金融业务需求，协同产品经理与前端团队完成需求分析、技术方案设计与系统落地。
任职资格:
1.学历与经验：211或985大学，本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；8年以上一线Java开发经验，有金融类软件或互联网高并发系统开发经验者优先。
2.技术基础扎实：精通Java语言，深入理解面向对象编程思想，熟悉多线程、集合、JVM调优等核心技术，熟练使用IDEA等工具提升开发效率。
3.框架技能：熟悉Spring、Spring Boot、MyBatis/MyBatis-Plus等主流开发框架；熟悉消息中间件（如Kafka、RabbitMQ）；具备微服务架构（如Spring Cloud Alibaba、Dubbo）实践经验。
4.数据库能力：熟悉主流关系型数据库（MySQL、Oracle），掌握SQL优化、索引设计、分库分表等技术；熟悉NoSQL数据库（如Elasticsearch、MongoDB）；具备大数据量场景下的性能调优能力。
5.代码规范与协作：具备良好的代码规范意识和文档撰写习惯，熟悉Git、Maven等开发工具，能够适应快节奏的项目开发环境。
6.沟通与协作：逻辑思维清晰，表达能力强，具备良好的团队协作精神，能接受项目关键阶段的偶尔加班安排（如系统上线期、业务销售总攻期间等）。
