4. 熟悉常见后端组件（如 Redis、消息队列、文件存储等）及其在业务场景下的使用；
5. 具备良好的编码风格与文档习惯，能独立承担模块设计与开发任务；
6. 熟悉 Linux 基础运维与部署流程，具备常见线上问题排查能力；
7. 具有良好的团队合作精神，沟通顺畅，责任心强，热爱学习与技术探索。
