2.计算机及其相关专业，数学、金融类专业；
3.参与过信创项目；
4.具备良好的沟通能力、逻辑思维及技术落地能力，可以充分理解业务需求；具有优秀的团队精神和凝聚力；
6.熟悉SQL语言，具备数据库设计能力和SQL优化经验，熟悉DB2、TDSQL、MySQL、Hbase、Tbase等主流数据库的使用、管理和调优；熟悉SpringBoot、SpringCloud等开源框架的使用，有微服务实践经验，有sofa经验优先；熟悉分布式常用技术的设计与应用；熟悉并深入使用过至少一种消息中间件（如RabbitMQ, RocketMQ, Kafka等），理解其工作原理和不同应用场景。熟练掌握常见设计模式；
7.熟悉禅道、Project、Git及其他常用项目、开发管理工具软件的使用；
8.在2023年有全国系统重要性银行或省级农商行的信贷系统实施经历者优先；
9.掌握一定的前端VUE框架及有金融产品模型开发经验者优先。
