岗位职责

1. 体系维护：参与起草、审核与修订质量管理体系文件，并监督其执行情况。

2. 现场监控：对药品生产过程、洁净区环境、人员卫生与设备状态进行现场监督与巡查。

3. 偏差与变更管理：参与偏差、OOS/OOT的调查处理，跟踪CAPA措施的落实；参与变更控制的评估与跟踪。

4. 文件记录管理：审核批生产记录、批检验记录等关键质量文件，确保其准确、完整、规范。

5. 供应商与物料管理：参与供应商质量审计，对物料的验收、储存与发放环节进行监督。

6. 验证支持：参与生产工艺、设备、清洁等验证/确认活动，审核相关验证方案与报告。

7. 完成领导交办的其它事项

任职要求

1. 学历专业：本科及以上学历，药学、制药工程、化学、生物技术等相关专业。

2. 工作经验：具备1-3年制药企业QA或相关岗位工作经验，熟悉GMP及药品法律法规。有参与过GMP认证者优先。

3. 知识技能：精通中国GMP，熟悉*新法规。能熟练使用Office办公软件。

4. 能力素质：责任心强，工作严谨细致，具备良好的质量风险意识和学习能力，能承受一定工作压力，良好的沟通协调能力。
