1.参与长租 SaaS 产品研发和优化工作，承担系统文档的撰写与维护。
2.主导产品架构设计评审，开展技术攻坚与优化相关工作。
3.对技术难点进行调研并攻克，处理系统设计、技术及性能等关键问题。
4.独立开发与维护业务系统，配合其他开发人员完成接口设计与开发工作。

职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机/软件/理工科专业优先；具有 5 年及以上 Java 研发经验，有AI开发经验优先。
2.计算机基础良好，熟悉数据结构、设计模式、数据库以及网络知识。
3.熟悉 Java 技术栈，熟悉 claude code、cursor、github copilot 等任意一种代码辅助工具，有自己的使用心得
4.能够深入分析性能瓶颈产生原因（涵盖代码、架构等层面）。
5.熟悉 redis 缓存以及 ES 搜索引擎，且具备搜索实战与优化经验。
6.逻辑思维能力强，工作中有责任感与主动性，可从业务和技术双角度推进工作。

1.具备 redis、ES 相关性能优化经验。
