岗位职责：
1、负责完成phm产品中算法层面的实施和开发工作。对状态监测、故障诊断、预测、健康评估中涉及的各类算法在不同设备和场景的适用性进行分析，负责PHM算法/模型库的建立。
2、负责完成phm方案中的策划工作。将phm硬、软件平台与机、电、气、液等系统结合，实现故障诊断、故障预测、辅助决策等目标；
3、负责完成包括phm基础知识库的储备。包括针对关键部件完成失效模式、机理分析以及机理模型库以及各种算法知识库等；
4、负责公司phm工作相关标准以及流程的制定与持续优化。
5、能够熟练编写项目设计文件。
任职要求：
1、对PHM领域的各方向（比如状态监测、故障诊断、故障预测、寿命预测、健康评估，健康决策等）有全面和深入的了解；
2、具有3年以上人工智能机器学习相关领域经验，产品研发经验，具有一定的Python经验。
3、自动化、机械工程、软件工程等相关方向本科以上；
4、有良好的沟通能力以及学习能力；
