• 问题解决能力：具有出色的分析、判断和问题解决能力，能够主动预防并及时处理客户问题。
• 数据分析能力：具备基本的数据分析能力，能够解读数据并形成客户成功策略。
• 技术能力：有安卓开发经验，有iOS开发经验。
• 客户导向：以客户为中心，具备较强的服务意识，乐于帮助客户成功并提升客户满意度。
• 项目管理能力：能够多任务并行，有良好的时间管理和组织能力。
• 语言能力：具备流利的中文和英文沟通能力（根据公司客户需求调整）。

工作内容:

• 客户管理与支持：负责对接客户，建立并维系良好的客户关系，确保客户需求得到快速响应和满足。
• 客户需求分析与解决方案：深入了解客户的需求，提供针对性的解决方案和*佳实践，确保客户在产品使用过程中的成功。
• 客户培训与引导：协助客户团队了解和掌握产品功能，组织产品培训和演示，提高客户使用产品的效率。、
• 客户满意度：收集并分析客户反馈，识别潜在问题，制定并实施改进措施，提升客户满意度和净推荐值（NPS）。
• 数据分析与报告：定期提供客户使用数据和成功指标报告，以便识别趋势、提供洞见和向管理层汇报客户的成功情况。
• 跨部门协作：与产品、商务、研发等团队紧密合作，确保客户问题得到及时解决，推动产品优化和创新。
• 产品反馈：收集并整理客户关于产品的反馈，并将反馈转达给产品团队，推动产品改进。
