岗位职责：
（1）拟定分管区域产品的年度市场开发与推广计划，编写客户销售预测滚动表；
（2）定期拜访客户、与客户保持良好沟通，搜集、掌握现有产品的主要客户使用状况、产品技术需求等信息，定期提交市场拓展情况报告和市场分析报告；
（3）主动开发新客户，可以承受经常出差的工作要求（每月15天），积极拓展销售业务，可以承担合资合作项目中的业务外派工作（一个月），并对客户进行风险评估；
（4）负责商务谈判工作，编写、签订销售合同/订单。加强对合同/订单执行率的管理，在合同/订单执行过程中若发生异常问题，做好协调工作，积极维护客户关系；
（5）对逾期货款进行跟踪和催讨，定期进行客户往来账目核对工作，编制所辖客户的收款计划，确保销售货款的及时回笼；
（6）负责客户投诉处理，接收客户投诉、初步分析问题类别、协调处理，汇总问题原因并形成报告；
（7）根据产品经理签订的销售合同进行内部OA流程审批并进行SAP系统操作，在合同执行过程中若发生异常问题，做好协调工作，积极维护客户关系；
（8）认真履行本岗位HSE要求；
（9）销售总监交办的其他工作。
岗位要求：
（1）本科及以上学历毕业，化工或市场营销相关专业；
（2）三年以上的相关工作经验；
（3）具有良好的沟通能力、创新能力和团队合作能力；
（4）熟练使用办公软件，熟练使用一门外语；
（5）能够适应出差。
