工作职责：
1、负责Java后端系统模块设计以及研发工作。
2、持续优化已有系统架构，提升系统性能和稳定性，提升业务的可扩展性。
3、跨团队沟通、完成设计研发，并按时保质量交付研发任务，撰写项目过程文档和代码说明文件。
4、系统运行维护。

基本要求：
统招本科，三年以上经验
1、计算机基础扎实，精通Java/J2EE，掌握JVM原理，熟悉IO、多线程、集合等，包括熟悉常用设计模式，编程思想。
2、精通SpringBoot、SpringCloud、Mybatis等主流的开发框架，熟悉Web开发技术、框架和原理。
3、掌握主流数据库（MySQL、ORACLE）等的开发使用，熟练掌握SQL语法，有相关SQL调优经验。。
4、熟练使用Tomcat、Nginx等web容器和应用服务器，熟练掌握redis等缓存技术，熟练掌握消息中间件。
5、具备解决复杂系统问题的能力，擅长性能分析和优化。
6、具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队协作能力。
