岗位职责
1、负责投顾大模型相关场景的方案设计、开发、评测等工作；
2、基于大语言模型技术，设计和实现对话流程、RAG检索、函数调用、工具调用等能力；
3、参与多 Agent/工作流编排，包括任务拆解、路由策略、上下文管理、记忆管理等的开发和优化；
4、使用 Python（FastAPI / Flask 等）开发智能投顾相关的后端服务和 API；
5、有机会接触并参与 MCP 等新一代“模型调用总线”/Agent Framework 的设计与实现。

技能要求
1、本科以上学历，2年以上工作经验，人工智能、计算机相关专业；
2、至少一年以上python开发的工作经验；
3、熟悉python web的开发，熟悉fastapi, flask、postgresql、mysql、redis、mongo等web框架和场景数据库等的使用和开发；
4、有langchain, DIFY等工作流和智能体框架的开发经验，熟悉大模型应用开发者优先；
5、有过大模型辅助编码开发经验、有IDE+代码助手使用经验者优先；
6、对MCP、A2A协议有一定的了解者优先。
