4、有智能体平台开发（SSO 权限打通、API 二次开发）、智能体调优（通过提示词优化、RAG优化、模型微调等方式）经验者优先；
5、具备良好的沟通协调能力及团队合作意识、优良的行为品质和职业素养；有自信心，乐观向上，工作态度积极认真，富有激情;
6、可接受出差，有一定的抗压能力；

2、承担研发过程的需求对接、架构设计、编码开发等工作;
