3、参与讨论与设计通用、灵活、智能的业务支撑平台，支撑上层多场景的复杂业务；
4、独立负责一条业务线的研发、推进。

职位要求：
重要：
1、做过企业微信社群、大数据客户画像优先。
2、必须有很强的自驱力、专注力。
3、3-5年 Java 开发经验，有电商、医疗SAAS领域开发经验优先；
4、熟悉 Java/J2EE，熟练掌握常用 Java 技术框架，代码简洁清晰高质量；
5、熟悉底层中间件、分布式技术（包括缓存、消息系统、热部署、JMX 等）。
