岗位职责：
1、负责 MES 系统项目的全流程实施，包括现场调研、需求分析、蓝图设计、方案设计、数据整理、程序开发、上线测试、用户培训、功能升级、运维支持等工作；
2、根据客户和项目需求，对 MES 系统进行功能定制开发，包括主系统及外围系统的开发，负责 MES 系统与其他信息系统的接口集成开发工作。
3、负责 MES 系统的日常运维，解决系统运行中出现的问题，监控系统性能指标，定期进行系统优化，提升系统运行效率和稳定性。
4、编写和维护 MES 系统相关文档，如操作手册、维护手册、接口文档等；为生产人员和其他相关人员提供系统操作培训和技术支持。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业；
2、一般需要 5年以上 MES 系统开发、实施或维护经验，有制造企业 MES 项目导入经验者优先，至少主导过 1 个完整的 MES 项目从需求到上线的过程；
3、精通 C#、Java、Python 等至少一种开发语言，熟悉.NET 或 Spring 框架；
4、熟练使用 SQL Server、Oracle 等数据库，能编写复杂 SQL 查询、存储过程，具备数据库优化能力；
5、具备良好的跨部门沟通能力，能协调各方资源推动项目落地；有较强的问题分析与解决能力，能快速定位并处理数据交互、系统运行中的技术问题。
