1、深入各个业务，在理解特性的基础上进行归纳抽象，构建新零售业务平台，支持各个业务快速发展
2、核心系统复杂中间件架构搭建及开发
3、解决系统遇到的业务、技术方面问题，寻找可行的改进方案并推行

职位要求
1、3年以上大型互联网系统开发经验，1年以上系统架构设计经验
2、主导或深入参与过一个成功的中型项目研发工作，或者在一个大型项目中成功研发其中的核心子项目，担任其中研发负责人；
3、熟悉 SOA 架构理念、实现技术；熟悉常见设计模式，熟练掌握 Spring等框架；
4、熟练掌握常用框架，熟悉常用组件、开源项目，如Kafka、thrift等，并理解其原理
5、熟练掌握数据库原理和常用的优化技术
6、理解Linux、JVM等相关知识并能够用于排查、解决常见性能问题
7、有大型复杂分布式互联网Web系统的设计和开发经验
8、较强的业务分析、理解能力，并能够再在此基础上进行适当的归纳、整理，推进业务架构建设
9、良好的沟通能力，能够将自己的理念较好的传达给其他人并推进实施
10、能够指导低级别的工程师，帮助他们成长
11、有业务系统开发经验、架构经验者优先；
12、有Java中间件、工作流开发经验者优先。
