优秀的沟通、组织、文档撰写与跨团队协作能力；
具备从0到1设计系统的经验，或对大型系统重构有深入实践；
能为团队赋能，推动技术沉淀与知识共享；
能够指导研发和交付对系统进行设计、开发、维护工作.
任职要求:
计算机/通信/电子相关专业本科及以上学历；
5年以上Java开发经验，3年以上通信行业系统开发经验；
精通Java生态（JVM/多线程/网络编程），熟练使用Spring全家桶；
熟悉分布式架构（微服务/服务治理/Dubbo等）；
掌握MySQL/Oracle及Redis/MongoDB等数据库；
熟悉高可用架构设计（如限流、熔断、降级、容灾）与中间件（如 Kafka、RabbitMQ、Nginx）;
熟练使用Linux环境，具备Docker/K8s云原生经验者优先.
通信行业专项要求:
- 熟悉电信业务（计费/CRM/网管系统）或运营商项目经验;
- 了解5G核心网、IMS、NFV/SDN等通信技术者优先 ;
- 有华为/中兴/运营商合作项目经验者优先 .
