任职资格
1. 本科及以上学历，电气工程及其自动化、发电厂及电力系统、安全技术与管理等相关专业。
2. 具有5年及以上新能源电厂运维和安全管理经验，执行力强，原则性、责任心强，吃苦耐劳。
3. 具有中级及以上专业技术职称或注册安全工程师。
4. 熟悉安全生产相关法律法规和规章制度，具有良好的沟通协调能力和学习能力、较强的逻辑思维能力和统筹规划能力。
5. 具有较强的阅读理解和总结分析能力，具备优秀的文字表达能力，熟练掌握办公操作软件，较强的文档编辑及报告编写能力。
6. 年龄不超过40周岁。
工作职责：
1. 负责电厂安全生产监督管理工作；
2. 监督电厂安全生产责任制落实及安全生产规章制度执行情况；
3. 检查年度“两措”计划及实施情况，对检查中发现的问题，及时下达整改意见书，并监督整改；
4. 组织开展月度安全检查，对检查中发现的问题和安全隐患，及时下达整改意见书，并监督整改；
5. 负责安全生产中规定资料的记录、收集、整理和保管；
6. 负责开展电厂不定期安全检查，落实上级下达的各项反事故技术措施；
7. 负责组织开展季度安全检查及专项安全检查工作；
8. 负责定期检查各班组安全教育培训学习、执行情况；
9. 负责组织一般安全隐患分析会，制定并落实反事故措施；
10. 负责应急演练方案的编制，并组织实施；
11. 负责组织电厂安全培训活动，并做好记录；
12. 负责电厂安全生产标准化创建工作；
13. 完成电厂负责人交办的其他工作。
