岗位职责
1.负责公司智能化项目的设计和开发维护。
2.负责业务需求分析，将业务需求拆分成独立的业务功能，并负责相关的开发等工作。
3.负责部分核心技术问题的攻关，系统优化，协助解决项目开发过程中的技术难题。
4.负责整理并归档个人在项目中负责部分的相关资料，包括但不限于设计文档、接口文档、用户手册等，以确保项目文档的完整性和可追溯性。
5.保证所承担项目工作的质量和进度。
6.对现有代码进行审查与优化，不断提升代码执行效率和系统整体性能，持续优化软件产品。
任职要求
1.计算机相关专业大学本科及以上学历，有2年以上的实际Python Web 开发经验，具备独立承担和开发项目的能力。对冶金生产工艺有一定的了解，能够结合行业背景进行软件开发和优化。
2.精通掌握python多进程、多线程、协程、网络编程, 熟悉Websocket。
3.熟练掌握至少一种SQL（mysql）和NOSQL(redis)数据库，熟练掌握ORM。
4.熟悉Django、Flask框架，掌握RESTful API等知识，并具备完整的项目开发经验。
5.有良好的HTML、CSS、JS基础。
6.掌握git使用方法及相关工作流。
7.能独立开发、部署、调试项目，能够适应经常性出差。
8.了解软件设计，开发过程，开发规范以及软件质量控制，有良好的编程习惯。
9.具有良好的团队合作精神，有极强的责任心，擅于思考、肯钻研，有独立解决问题的能力。
