3.攻克系统实施中的难点和挑战，保障项目按计划推进。
4.系统上线后，负责日常运维、问题解决和持续优化。
任职要求：
1.大专或以上学历、3年以上相关经验、计算机、软件工程等相关专业。
2.必须具备至少1个完整的、从0到1的ERP项目实施上线经验（如用友、金蝶、SAP、Oracle等任一主流品牌），并作为项目核心成员或负责人
3.深刻理解制造业ERP逻辑（特别是财务、生产、供应链等核心模块），装备制造、机床行业优先考虑。
4.有项目管理、沟通协调和解决问题的能力，能承受项目上线期的压力。
