3. 性能与稳定性保障：
针对价格管理（实时行情推送）、审批流（高并发申请）等场景，进行性能调优（如缓存策略、异步任务），保障系统高可用。处理线上问题（如合同数据异常、库存对账差异），制定应急预案与长期优化方案。

任职要求：
1. 技术栈：熟练掌握Java语言，精通Spring Cloud、MyBatis等框架，具备微服务、分布式系统开发经验；熟悉MySQL索引优化、事务设计，有复杂业务系统（如供应链、金融交易）数据库设计经验。
2. 行业适配：有大宗贸易/有色金属系统开发经验优先，了解点价规则、期现对冲、授信风控等业务逻辑者加分。
