【岗位职责】
1. 参与公司核心产品和项目后端模块的设计与开发；
2. 负责 Web API、微服务接口与数据处理模块的开发、测试与优化；
3. 根据业务需求完成功能模块拆解与实现，确保代码的可维护性与可扩展性；
4. 参与数据库设计与性能调优，支持高并发业务场景；
5. 参与系统的部署与问题排查，协同运维完成服务监控与日志分析；
6. 持续优化后端代码结构，提升系统稳定性与性能。

【任职要求】
1. 具备 3 年以上 Python 或 Golang Web 开发经验，熟悉 FastAPI、Gin 或 Kratos 等主流框架之一；
2. 熟悉 Web后端架构设计模式，能独立实现模块化、可扩展的业务逻辑；
3. 熟悉 Linux 环境下的开发与调试，掌握常用命令与部署流程；
4. 理解常见数据结构与算法原理，具备一定的代码优化思维；
5. 熟悉 HTTP/HTTPS、WebSocket、负载均衡机制，理解网络IO模型与性能优化；
6. 熟悉至少一种关系型数据库（PostgreSQL 或 MySQL）及一种非关系型数据库（MongoDB 优先），具备 SQL 调优经验；
7. 理解并使用过 Redis、RabbitMQ、Kafka 等中间件；
8. 熟悉微服务架构设计与接口定义，了解服务注册、API网关（Kong等）和服务间通信机制；
9. 掌握分布式系统设计、异步任务、缓存一致性等高并发设计；
10. 具备良好的代码规范意识和文档规范、沟通协作能力和问题分析能力；
11. 具备较强的自驱力与学习能力，能够快速掌握新框架和新技术。

【加分项】
1.熟悉 Docker / Kubernetes，具备容器化部署经验；
2.有私有化部署、CI/CD流水线（GitLab CI / Jenkins / Harbor）等Devops 实战经验；
3. 熟悉其他语言（如 C++ / Java / Rust）；
4. 参与过开源项目或个人技术博客；
5. 熟悉三维 / AI / 视觉 / 工业互联网方向的相关业务开发者优先。
