职位要求

1. 两年以上机器学习应用经验，有搜索、推荐、广告等领域丰富的实战经验，在Query与用户理解、召回排序、机制设计、智能交互、端智能中一个或多个领域有深入实践；

2、熟练掌握机器学习算法原理，能熟练运用机器学习、自然语言处理、匹配技术、预估、运筹优化、强化学习、智能生成等技术解决有挑战性的问题，有业界顶会论文发表优先；

3、对数据敏感度极高，有良好的逻辑思维和定义以及解决问题的能力
