职位描述：
1.推广应用方案，客户研发经理、工程师进行技术交流，培训客户工程师。常与客户互动，培养客户关系，成为公司与客户之间合作的桥梁；
2.竞争对手分析，把握竞争对手产品特点，分析优缺点
3.新产品出来之后，进行快速学习，培训销售和代理商，并给销售、代理商提供技术指导；
4.与销售部一起制定年度、季度销售计划，紧密配合，互相合作，推动客户项目进行，完成销售指标；
5.推动竞争对手产品分析，把握竞争对手产品特点，分析优缺点，提出针对性的推广策略；
6.市场分析，反馈客户真实需求和市场信息，为下一代产品提供建议；
7.领导安排的其他工作。
职位要求：
1．本科学历及以上，电子工程，电气工程或相关专业；
2．精通开关电源；
3．熟练掌握buck, buck-boost, boost, flyback等基本拓扑；
4．对公司高度认同，外向开朗的性格，较强的解决问题能力、协调资源、统筹规划能力；
5．良好的沟通能力、高度责任心和敬业精神。
