入职后的工作安排
1、订单排产与计划：全面评审销售订单，依据产品BOM、产能和物料状况，制定主生产计划与日排产计划，并下发到装配组。

2、全过程协调与跟进：作为订单的总协调人，全程跟踪从技术设计、物料采购到生产装配、调试包装的每一个环节，主动发现并推动解决问题。

3、物料需求与跟进：根据生产计划，生成物料需求计划（MRP），并协同采购员跟进关键物料（如进口电机、控制器、定制结构件）的到货进度，确保生产不断料。

4、交付管理：负责订单交付周期的管理与承诺，及时向销售及项目经理更新订单状态，确保交付信息透明，并对交付延期风险进行预警和干预。

5、数据与优化：建立和维护计划相关的数据看板，定期复盘订单履约情况，持续优化计划模型与流程，推动交付效率的提升。

6、处理ERP相关数据及操作。
