PC岗位职责：
1.主生产计划制定：
根据销售订单或销售预测，评估产能，制定月度、周、日生产计划。
负责订单的评审与交期回复。
2.生产排程：
将主生产计划分解为具体的车间生产排程（生产指令单），明确各生产线、机台每日的生产任务。
3.生产进度跟踪与协调：
跟进生产现场的执行情况，掌握半成品、成品的生产进度。
及时发现生产异常，并协调相关部门（如生产部、品管部、工程部）解决，确保生产顺畅。
4.产能分析与负荷评估：
分析生产线的生产能力，并根据计划评估负荷情况，为生产决策提供依据。在产能不足时，提出解决方案（如加班、外发等）。

MC岗位职责：
1.物料需求计划制定：
根据主生产计划，计算所需原材料、零部件的需求量和需求时间（即MRP - 物料需求计划的核心）。
制定物料请购单，提交给采购部门。
2.物料进度跟催：
跟进采购订单，掌握供应商的送货进度，确保物料能按时到位。
与采购部、供应商紧密沟通，处理物料交货异常（如延迟、数量不符、品质问题等）。
3.库存控制：
设定主要物料的安全库存、低库存、高库存水平。
监控库存状况，定期分析库存数据，力求在保证生产的前提下，降低库存成本，减少呆滞料。
4.物料异常处理：
处理生产现场的物料异常，如物料短缺、发错料、用料超标等，及时补料或换料，保证生产线不停线。
5.仓储管理监督：
虽然仓库通常有仓管员，但MC需要监督和确保仓库的收、发、存作业符合规范，保证账物一致性。

任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，工业工程、物流管理、供应链管理、机械制造、工商管理等工科或管理类相关专业优先。
2.熟练使用办公软件，有ERP经验者优先。
3.较强的数据分析和解决问题能力，沟通协调能力，抗压能力，团队合作精神。
